By accessing or using TallMate, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using TallMate immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TallMate.
If under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
By using TallMate, you confirm that you meet these requirements and can enter into this agreement.

3. Account Security

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in TallMate — app design, graphics, logos, software, and other materials (“Content”) — belongs to or is licensed by WeMate Labs, protected by copyright and other laws.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of TallMate or its Content without our written permission.

5. What You Agree to Do (and Not Do)

Provide accurate information when creating an account.
Not use TallMate for anything illegal.
Not hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt TallMate.
Not try to collect data from other users.
Only use TallMate according to the law.

6. User Contributions

If you submit content to TallMate (like reviews, comments, progress logs):

You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content to operate and promote TallMate.
You’re responsible for your content. We may remove content at our discretion.

7. Privacy

By using TallMate, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described there.

8. In-App Purchases

TallMate offers optional paid subscriptions and in-app purchases. Payments are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store and follow their terms.
You agree to pay all charges and provide accurate payment info.
All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or app store policies.
To cancel a subscription, manage it in your Google Play or Apple account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

10. App License

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TallMate on your personal device for personal, non-commercial use.

Try to get or reverse engineer the source code.
Use TallMate to build a competing product.

11. Third-Party Links & Content

TallMate may show links or content from other sites. We don’t control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for it. Use it at your own risk.

12. Advertising

TallMate may display ads. We don’t control advertisers or their content. Any interactions with advertisers are between you and them.

13. Modifying or Stopping the App

We can change, pause, or stop TallMate (or parts of it) anytime, with or without notice.

14. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if we think you’ve broken these Terms or any laws. You can stop using TallMate anytime.
Some parts of these Terms (like ownership, disclaimers, and limits on liability) will still apply even after termination.

15. Indemnification

You agree to protect WeMate Labs (and our affiliates) from any claims, damages, or expenses that result from your use of TallMate or your violation of these Terms.

16. No Warranties & Limits on Liability

TallMate is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
WeMate Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost data, profits, or health outcomes — from your use or inability to use TallMate.

17. If Part of This Doesn’t Hold Up

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest will still apply.

18. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts in Haryana, India.

19. App Store Notice

These Terms are between you and WeMate Labs only — not Apple or Google. WeMate Labs is fully responsible for TallMate and its content.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll post changes in the app or notify you another way. By continuing to use TallMate after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
